Building a good musical act is very much about creating an exciting experience for the band and for the audience, across all platforms.
In addition to playing and designing our instruments together with my bandmates, my responsibility in the band was everything digital - from web design to social media.
I also managed international clients and negotiated deals with Pepsi for the 2014 Super Bowl, amongst others.
What started as a hobby for five friends, turned into an international band and an close to 10 year adventure.
The Bottle Boys were my creative playground, where we made people wonder and smile by playing music on beer bottles.
Development & Growth
After being discovered as a busking act, we went on to play concerts on music festivals, events for big brands like Carlsberg, conferences like TED Global and much, much more.
From early on, we did videos on YouTube. This turned into positive feedback from millions of users, several viral videos and adoption into YouTubes Partner program.
Our quirky but unique skillset raised a great interest, which lead to hundreds of performances all over the world.
We collaborated with Pepsi, Carlsberg, Tuborg, Kirin Ichiban, Feldschlössen, Heineken and played at Roskilde Festival, WAG Festival, Tuborg Goldfest and many more.
